CURRENT VACANCIES


Education Sustainment Officer (part-time, 24 hours/week)


The Education Sustainment Project seeks to remove barriers in education through preventative intervention programmes geared to preventing school exclusion and disengagement from the education and learning process by developing resilience and well-being. The Education Sustainment Project will support children, young people and their parents through a personal development, skills and welfare support; the aim of which is to reduce the risk of school exclusion and where this has occurred, to reintegrate them back into mainstream education.


Under the general leadership of the Chief Executive Officer, the Education Sustainment Officer will deliver the Pathway Manual framework, which is a structured programme for parents and primary years pupils with the primary purpose of raising awareness and developing personal competence (e.g., peer pressure, self-esteem and negative stereotypes) alongside, an effective advocacy service for pupils and parents.

Family Welfare Officer (part-time, 20 hours/week)


This project and role will provide the families with pupils to access the help and support they need to for welfare, housing, food poverty and other issues impacting hardships on the families and in turn hindering pupils from exceling academically and socially.


We want to help pupils and their families to get back on their feet. The Family Welfare Officer (FWO) will work to provide an innovative project that will be delivered virtually and by personal contact methods to provide much needed assistance. The FWO will provide casework and other support services to access housing, social welfare and community support services to enable the wellbeing of families by supporting them to get the critical help they need from both statutory and voluntary agencies to reduce hardships.
