Options 4 Change works with disadvantaged children and young people, their families, and local statutary and voluntary organisations. All our work is about Changing Minds and Lives for Better.

We frequently support families with casework and advocacy support. We help them deal with the issues impacting on our service user’s welfare and rights in society. Our key working and social work teams provide care and support services that are quality assured for some of the most vulnerable young people living in Lambeth who are seeking to resolve inequalities and infringement of their rights. Our Casework and advocacy interventions includes dealing with access to education, youth justice, housing, accommodated children issues, police, courts and the general social welfare of young people and their families.
Our work with young people focuses on encouraging positive aspirations. Having goals and knowing that they can be brought about are key making real change, away from environments toxic with gangs, peer influences and crime. We We support young people affected by school exclusions to get back into mainstream education. As part of the Turnaround Project we provide focused key-working, helping our service users with career choices, CVs, and providing key skills support.
We work closely with local and statutary organisations. Our work is frequently supported by the Metropolitan Police Service, and we have close links with the London Probation Service. The Karibu Centre in Brixton kindly helps us with our parenting and listening workshops, as well as being a co-partner working towards the Lambeth Day of Action.
